What keeps you motivated to exercise? "It is the friendships I have made over these past 4 years, as well as feeling much better with a daily dose of fresh air. It works wonders for me." Margaret Webb
What has kept you walking with the Group? "I sure enjoy the company, the after-walk coffees and discussions are often very informative and we enjoy some good laughs. I love the walks, the baby ducks, the change of season, it's great!" Anita Harnet
What has kept you participating for over 5 years now? "I like to exercise outdoors with other people so the group is perfect. I joined hoping to meet interesting people and make new friends which is exactly what occurred. The great conversations and laughs we have shared are very therapeutic. I have seen areas and views of the Okanagan I would never have seen had I not joined." Terry Crow
What have you enjoyed most about the club as a member? "I thoroughly enjoy walking, chatting and coffee-ing with so many interesting and lovely ladies in our group. I really enjoyed the hiking…but the hills got higher and steeper! Love you all - see you on the trails." Ruth Huff
