A nutritional recipe that you have used often and that you enjoy. Just e-mail the recipe to us, any personal notes about it that you'd like to add and if possible, your name (optional) and where you live.

 

Meeting Others

Please send a digital picture(s) of yourself (JPG format) or mail photo(s) to the address above. It is preferable if the photo is an outdoor picture of you looking like you are going for a walk or have been walking. It can be close up, full body or whatever you prefer. Along with the picture, please tell us who you are (first name is fine), where you live, a little about you (family, occupation, interests etc.), what you enjoy about walking, where you like to walk etc.. For examples, please see Meeting Others.

 

Meeting Others (Group)

Please send a digital picture(s) of your group (JPG format) or mail photo(s) to the address above (mixed group of men & women welcome). It is preferable if the photo is an outdoor picture of your group looking like you are going for a walk or have been walking. It can be close up or include all of you from head to foot, whatever you prefer. Along with the picture, please tell us where your group is located, the name of the group if there is one, how long the group has been together, how often you walk, where you walk and perhaps a little about the make up of the group, what your group enjoys about walking etc.. If the group isn't too big, you may include names of those involved (first names is fine). For examples, please see Meeting Others.

 

What Keeps You Going?

Any tips or ideas that have helped you over the rough spots, kept you going, or brought you back after a lapse of walking. Any comments would be appreciated, just send them along with a digital picture(s) of yourself (JPG format) or mail photo(s) to the address above. It is preferable if the photo is an outdoor picture of you looking like you are going for a walk or have been walking. It can be close up, full body or whatever you prefer.
